We want you to host an amazing overnight event! Your guests’ comfort and safety are of the utmost importance. The following are the most commonly asked questions when planning your experience. If we missed anything feel free to contact us.
What are the ages for a party?
We can customize a party for any age but our sleepover parties are best enjoyed by ages 6+.
What about teens and adults?
Absolutely, our bell tent is perfect for a glamping experience! We can provide our luxurious bedding and decor for a perfect night outdoors.
How much space do I need to host a sleepover party?
The teepee/tents measure 36” wide and have a comfy memory foam mattress that is 31”x 75”, we are happy to customize your package to fit your space and offer in-home consult to design layout if requested. We do not move furniture and ask the space is clean and ready when we arrive. Our bell tent has a 32' footprint and 16'diameter interior space.
Do I need to launder material?
No, we take hygiene very seriously. We disinfect hard surface items, disinfect, clean & steam teepees/tents, launder all bedding and steam and/or wash decorative throws.
Are your teepee tents weatherproof?
No, they are not weatherproof
Do you host or provide activities and food?
We deliver and set up tents, bedding and décor. We do not stay to host or provide activities for guests. If you'd like to add food we have amazing vendors and happy to accommodate.
When do you deliver and pick up?
All items are delivered and set up on the day of your event. If you have special time constraints just let us know and we will do our best to meet your specific needs. We ask that items stay in place until we disassemble. Deliver and pick-up available in Richmond Hill, Savannah, Pooler, and surrounding areas.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We require a deposit to secure your date with the balance being paid in full on the date of delivery, deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made within one week of rental.
